Creating art is like diving in the ocean. The deeper you dive, the more you discover about your own potential and about the deep secrets of the ocean. The more you paint, the more you discover about your own feelings and thoughts. The more you travel in the world of brushes, colors and canvas, the more you are inspired by the fascinating enigmatic world of expression. My art comes from the challenge I have created to decipher the enigma of the mind. In all its forms, art helps me question in a philosophical and anthropological way consciousness and the fabric of thoughts.

I make art because it helps me connect with every one of you. In a way, it gives me the opportunity to deeply reflect about certain aspects of the human condition. Ironically, it helps me say what words fail to do, taking us back to the previous idea of limiting artistic manifestation to words.

Art helps me distinguish between reality and assumption.

Looking through the keyhole, we assume that we have a clear idea of the world around us, yet all we know is a bit of what we see through the keyhole.

In this exhibition at the brazilian center, the paintings have a reference to the Sertao and the blue sky that brazil has as part of its nature. Also Brazil has a unique culture that I have the privilege to nurture from. This gave me the freedom to create and expand on this series of paintings, sculpture and installations.
