Walking Men — Giacometti

Elio’s note

A homage to Giacometti, who made his walking figures in Europe after the war. I live in Lebanon, a small country that has not known peace for a long time, and the Lebanese keep marching: resistant, energetic, with thick skin. I chiselled the head by hand so that it would look like that skin. Despite the divisions, the economy and the politics, we walk.
